Customers can book tours through the company’s official channels, including: website, Hotline/Zalo/WhatsApp, Email, Fanpage, or directly at the company’s office.

2. Customer Information

When booking a tour, customers are required to provide complete personal information and trip details, including: full name, phone number, email, address, number of participants, departure date, tour type, and any special requests (if any).

3. Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving the information, the company will confirm the booking with a confirmation slip or service contract to ensure the rights and transparency between the customer and the company.

4. Trip Information Transparency

 
This confirmation allows customers to clearly understand all trip details, including itinerary, transportation, sightseeing points, and included services, ensuring agreement between the customer and the company before the tour begins.
