1. Regulations for Children Participating in the Tour
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge; must be accompanied and supervised by a family member.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: Charged 80% of the tour price according to the company’s policy.
2. Responsibilities & Applicable Terms
These terms apply to all individual customers and group bookings.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings.
The itinerary may be adjusted depending on objective conditions (weather, incidents, etc.). No refund is provided for schedule changes.
The company reserves the right to take photos or record videos during the tour for documentation or communication purposes.
Smoking is not permitted on transportation vehicles.
Weapons or weapon-like items (knives, guns, batons, etc.) are not allowed.
The company and its partners do not provide childbirth or newborn care services.
The company is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (severe weather, medical emergencies, accidents, theft, etc.). In such cases, services may be adjusted or replaced with an equivalent option.
