Customers have the right to cancel their tour based on personal needs. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the company’s official channels (Website, Hotline/Zalo/Email, or directly at the office).
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Cancellation 1–15 days prior to the departure date: a fee of 50% of the tour value will be charged.
Cancellation within 24 hours before the departure time or after that: a fee of 100% of the tour value will be charged.
Refund process:
Refunds will be processed within 3–14 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed, depending on the payment method and the bank’s processing time.
Force majeure cases:
If the tour must be canceled or adjusted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, directives from authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances), the company will inform customers and provide appropriate support or negotiate alternative solutions
