1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all tour programs organized and provided on the website by Green International Travel Co., Ltd.
2. Means of Transportation
Depending on each specific tour program, transportation may include:

Modern tourist vehicles (16 - 45 seats)

Airplanes (for tours including flight tickets)

Trains / high-speed trains (if applicable)

Canoes / sightseeing boats (for sea and island tours)
Detailed information about the means of transportation will be clearly stated in the description of each tour.
3. Pick-up and Drop-off Points

Pick-up locations are specified in each individual tour program.

The meeting time will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Customers are required to be present at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
For customers who arrange their own transportation to the meeting point, the company shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to late arrival.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information including full name, phone number, and identification documents.

Be present on time at the designated pick-up location.

Follow the instructions of the tour guide and driver.
In case a customer arrives late and misses the departure, the company will provide support within its capacity; however, no refund will be issued for the paid amount.
5. Changes in Transportation
In certain force majeure situations such as:

Requests from competent authorities
The company reserves the right to change to an equivalent means of transportation to ensure customer safety.
6. Regulations for Tours Including Air Tickets

Flight tickets are issued based on the information provided by the customer.

After ticket issuance, any changes or cancellations will be subject to the airline’s policies.

Any change fees or surcharges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, epidemics, war, or other events beyond the company’s control, the company will:

Propose options for tour rescheduling or refunds in accordance with applicable regulations
